A protein-heavy breakfast: an egg and a piece of some meat, like two strips of bacon or sausage.

Lunch: pasta or rice.

Dinner: veggies and protein, like chicken, fish or beef.

I try to exercise every day. And now, for the first time, I’m playing sports, instead of watching them. I take swimming and tennis lessons at least three times a week. But the biggest thing is I walk every single day, for a minimum of half an hour!
